Most of us can recall a near miss that happened sometime in our lives. In short, they are memorable instances we remember as a time we brushed up against injury and sometimes, even death. We can easily get caught up in the feeling of relief that we avoided injury. At work, we are more likely to tell our co-workers about the incident at break, but often forget to report the near miss to our safety officers or supervisors. |
