Worker Injured Falling off Equipment Safety Alert

A worker fell to the ground while standing on the track of the dozer loaded on a trailer. The worker was removing a tarp that was being used as a rock guard. Tarps are used during transport to protect the back window of the equipment. The worker lost their grip while holding onto the mesh guard over the side window, falling 1.9 meters onto the ground and sustained a serious back injury.
