Worker Fall From Heights Safety Alert

Worker fell while rigging out, as they were preparing to move to a new location. Lease hand was working on the substructure, folding down wings, when he slipped and fell over the edge approximately 3.5 meters to ground. The worker had crouched down to lift a handrail into place, his hand slipped and he lost his footing. Worker was attended by onsite medical, and then sent to nearest hospital. Worker sustained a fractured wrist.
